Based on the challenges present, you will contribute administratively to the work with competence supply and participate in issues currently in focus within the unit. This may involve producing statistics and documentation, following up on initiatives, and supporting operations in efforts to reduce absenteeism and enhance employees' language skills.

Your Responsibilities Also Include:

  • Producing statistics, analyzing data, and creating various types of reports and decision support
  • Working with follow-up and contributing documentation for operational and HR follow-up
  • Responding to basic labor law questions
  • Collaborating and cooperating with central functions responsible for hiring and payroll administration
  • Supporting colleagues in various development and improvement projects
  • In some cases, participating in training and support for unit administrators

You have a strong interest in systems and digital working methods. You are accustomed to working in various systems, see patterns and changes in data, and work proactively to improve working methods and processes using system support.

We Are Looking For You
